Our Inspectors are fully Accredited Termite Specialists and trained in the latest detection and eradication methods
They are armed with the latest in moisture metre, sounding equipment, borescope, microwave and infra-red camera technology and are trained to the highest levels in locating termites and implementing termite control.
Sophisticated equipment provides comprehensive detection
Moisture Meter A non-destructive inspection tool that uses electronic signals to detect high moisture content. Termites bring up moisture from the soil into the walls and timbers. A moisture meter works through paint, varnish, wallpaper, tiles or roofing felt and has no probes or pins to cause any surface damage.
Infra Red Infrared inspection enables a powerful non-invasive method to monitor and quickly identify problem areas that can’t be seen by the naked eye. Results and imagery are captured and documented instantly and easily into professional reports – providing tangible proof of our findings.
Sounding Equipment Inspection probes and listening devices used to hear sounds of termite activity within a building. Designed to run along skirting boards, higher placed timbers and other exposed timbers, indicating hollowed out timber. You can also hear the agitated soldier termites rubbing their mandibles together to alert other termites of danger.
Termatrac Microwave Inspection device that can detect termites through timber, plasterboard, brick or masonry.
Borescopes Visual inspection device for physical exploration of inaccessible areas.
